Chopda group was started by Late Shri. Chandanmal Chopda way back in the 1960's to aid the growing automobile industry in Pune. Starting with a small workshop, the group has now expanded to several units with over 500 direct and indirect labourers. Chandratara Industries, an independent company is a family owned business that was established in 1990's & firmly believes in providing best quality and thus are certified with ISO 9001-2008 with a Scope "Manufacturing and Supply of Rocker Arm Screws & Precision Machined and Ground metal components" for automotive and other Allied Industries.
The company has a sound infrastructural facility, along with dedicated modern machinery including 100% genset backup, a modern compressor unit and abundant factory floor space. This enables us to be a high volume supplier of turned parts.
We have installed capacity to manufacture:
- Various Rocker Arm Screws required for engines in the automotive and non automotive industry.
- Precision Machined & Ground Parts for GearBox Assembly, transmission parts and many different precision items.
- All types of engineering turned parts for electrical, general engineering, medical equipment, machine accessories, defence requirements, locomotive and aerospace components.
- We still have spare capacity which is utilized for new developments and periodical and special orders. We have machine tools including substantial investment in new upgraded machine tools in recent years. A wide range of manufacturing capability including the ability to provide small batch or high volume parts upwards of 100,000's off.
